🍃 According to the theory of traditional Chinese remedies, longan can nourish energy flow, nourish the blood, and resist ageing. The Goji Berry strengthens immunity, and Red Dates replenish the blood.

🍃 No added sweetener and preservatives. Sugar is not recommended when consuming the beverage, but you may opt to add a bit of honey, stevia, or rock sugar if you prefer some sweet and tart taste.

PREPARATION
1) Open up one sachet and rinse contents with water. (As these are natural products, getting rid of any dust is best)
2) Add the washed contents to your cup and add hot water.
3) Add rock sugar/honey/stevia for sweetness if needed.
4) Steep contents with a closed lid for 3-5 minutes.
5) You are now ready to enjoy your tea :)
